The stay here was peaceful that can transform a good holiday into a magical one. The pool was very clean, delicious and incredible breakfasts with home-made jams, freshly squeezed orange juice, traditional food. The room was well-equipped on the top level when I arrived. The most important was the staff - very friendly and caring people.

Truly exceptional place with delightful views of the sea. Delicious breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. Beautifully presented building, stunning and fantastic location right by a taverna which serves good lunches as well as the waterfront and Venetian Harbour. 10 minutes walk to The d-Day Story Museum.

Overall it was a fine stay that can transform a good holiday into a magical one. The staff were super-friendly all of the time. King suite was brand-new and the food was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and lovely - a wide array of dishes.

The hotel was located right by restaurants to try and places to visit and the beautiful Aegean sea. In general the staff were gentle and excellent. Had a special stay in our nicely decorated and brand-new room with lovely views, fridge downstairs plus fridge.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the garden as well as Chania. Café Lena's Coffee House located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Loved my king suite. The staff was attentive.
